I’m Kingsley Nnamdi Noel, an author, innovator, British entrepreneur, and mental health professional. My journey of deliberate personal development began at the age of seventeen when I realised that success required more than formal education. I had to learn to believe in what I could do, build on my strengths, and refuse to be defined by the circumstances I was born into.

During university and the years that followed, I tried many jobs while exploring freelance opportunities. There were moments when I felt lost, exhausted, and trapped, unsure of how to move forward. At twenty-six, after countless trials and lessons, I decided to build my career through a radical learning-by-doing approach, one that would shape everything that came after.

A decade later, I can see that those difficult times were the foundation of who I am today. Perseverance and persistence became the catalysts for my success. What once looked like setbacks were, in fact, stepping stones, moments of discovery that helped me find the structure and vision to turn challenges into opportunities. I learned to understand myself, my behaviour, and my intelligence in unconventional ways that continue to drive my growth.

After leaving employment more than once, I embraced self employment fully. I built a career in web design, development, project management, product design, and digital marketing. I’m ambitious, information driven, and passionate about achieving results. I have always been drawn to solving problems, perhaps because I once spent so much time feeling like one myself.

But beyond identifying problems, I take real joy in creating solutions, especially alongside like-minded, driven individuals.

Today, I am the founder of several innovative ventures:

  • NEUCLO, a UK brand offering affordable smartphones and wearable technology.
  • DENVIO, a brand of smart, connected electric toothbrushes helping people improve oral health.
  • LEARNFIELD, an education agency supporting international students in gaining admission to leading UK and European universities.
  • FARMLOVERS, a brand dedicated to organic products that reduce environmental impact without costing the earth.
  • YOUNGBRIT, a streetwear and accessories brand celebrating the diverse cultural fusion of Great Britain.
  • NOVO, a brand of premium mobile accessories.

In addition to my entrepreneurial work, I am a mental health professional with a background in nursing. My writing explores the human experience across the lifespan, from cognitive decline and depression in older adults to eating disorders and adolescent mental health. Drawing from clinical experience within the NHS, I aim to bridge the gap between clinical understanding and lived human experience. My work combines professional insight with human empathy, giving voice to the psychological landscapes often left unspoken.

I see myself as a unique voice at the intersection of healthcare, business, and human potential, driven by curiosity, compassion, and a belief that growth begins with understanding.
